The Storage Method Of Camellia Oil

Camellia oil is suitable for storage in a cool, dry, and dark place, with an optimal temperature of 10-25 ℃. At low temperatures, there will be milky white flocculent crystals, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect consumption. High external temperatures will naturally disappear (note: refined camellia oil will not have this phenomenon after freezing treatment). Due to the large amount of antioxidants in camellia oil, its shelf life at room temperature can reach up to two years, much longer than that of regular edible oils.
After each use, the bottle cap should be tightened to reduce contact time with air. Camellia oil should be sealed well, and the cap must be tightly tightened to ensure strict sealing. Moreover, the number of times the lid is opened should be minimized as much as possible to avoid excessive exposure of camellia oil to air and oxidation.
Camellia oil that has exceeded its recommended shelf life, cloudy camellia oil, and oil that has produced an unpleasant odor are not suitable for consumption.
